The problem
Nyamirambo Supplies sells construction materials to contractors across Kigali. Over a decade, the business had accreted tools: Excel for stock, WhatsApp for orders, paper for receipts, a separate invoicing app, and a very patient external accountant doing the integration work by hand.
Every Monday morning, Jean-Bosco held a three-person reconciliation meeting to align the previous week’s numbers across the five tools. It cost the business roughly four hours of senior staff time per week, indefinitely.
Why GwizaSuite
Consolidation, plain and simple. He didn’t need the best invoicing app. He needed one invoicing app that talked to one stock app that talked to one accounting ledger.
Implementation
Rollout was deliberately staged. Sales module first, then payments, then inventory, then the accounting layer sitting underneath. Each step retired one of the old tools.

The Monday reconciliation meeting was canceled in week eight. It hasn’t been rescheduled.
